Some of Walnut Creek California’s beauty

Standard

Last year and the beginning of this year I was walking everyday on my lunch break.  I would walk 2 miles everyday. And this is some of the beauty I would walk by. At the time I was working at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek and a  few times Their was a Mamma duck and her baby ducklings. So someone would get her and her baby’s back down to the pond.

And here is the beautiful waterfall it also sounds so refreshing! I love walking by this waterfall in the hot summer it just helps you cool down.

Another duck enjoying the beautiful California Sun Shine 🙂

Mamma duck getting refreshed.

This is also an awesome place to get your photos done. We did our family photos here. Tiffany did her Graduation Photos here. My first blog My children the photos of my Children were done here also. There is so much more beauty than what I showed you.

Thank you so much for reading my blog I hope you enjoyed it.

Good bye Flowers

Standard

My beautiful friends at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek had me a going away party. And these are the flowers they got me. I had worked there for 6 yrs. So I brought the flowers home and put them on the table.

Aren’t they just so beautiful? I love sun flowers and all the colors are so pretty.

I have 4 of the class dishes that I put the 3 candles in so I put the flowers in the 4th one. And it worked out just right.

Just another view of my dinning table with the flowers on it. Oh it looks like I found another place to put the water bottles. That is just until I find the right spot for that stand.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. A little short but sweet 🙂

Ship loading

Standard

My husband Tony was working at a ship yard in Pittsburg California. First he was working at the Shell Refinery in Martinez California. At the refinery he would load trucks with coke. Not the coke you are thinking. After they make gas, jet fuel, oil and all that good stuff. The coke is the left overs they can not use. So they sell it to other country’s to use for electricity. Then Tony was transferred to Pittsburg to where the truck take the coke from Shell. Here is a ship loading up with coke.

When Tony would work on the ship he would have to watch the loader. There would be about 5 big holds to load up. So he would have to check to make sure it was not getting to full then move it to the next hold. It was remote-controlled.

There is Tony waving at Brittany and I we were there to pick him up from work. We loved it when it was ship loading time.

Here he is done with his shift and ready to go home. He worked 7:00am to 7:.30pm or 7:00pm to 7:30am.

Just thought I would share this with you 🙂
