Dining Room empty to full

Standard

This is my dining room the night we got the keys. The whole house is hardwood floors except the bathroom. It is also painted like this though out the house again except the bathroom. It is very nice and cozy. Plus my stuff works good with the floors and the paint. In the corner I have the small bakers rack. In front of that window I have the big bakers rack. Next to that door I have the black wall table I got from Paul and Shawnacee’s estate sales.

So this is the corner bakers rack and the wall table along with my chalk board. I’m so happy with the results. I hope you enjoyed them as well.

Here it is from in front of the big bakers rack. How pretty 🙂

Here is one of the whole dining room. With the candles lit except I for got to light the ones hanging on the wall next to the chalk board.

This is in front of that window. I’m very happy with it. I will be even more happy when I get the cutting board for the missing piece on the bakers rack.

thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog I hope you enjoyed it.

My new dining room (Part 1)

Standard

When I was shopping at Paul and Shawnacee’s I bought these beautiful candle holders.

Here they are with the candles in them.  They smell so wonderful!

I lit them and it smelled so good. Just like clean fresh laundry.

Also shopping at Paul and Shawnacee’s I bought these beautiful Tea Cups and the holder.  Some of the Tea Cups are very old. Now I noticed the cup on top was a little short so I changed it.

Now see that looks much better. What do you think?

And these are my beautiful canisters that my friend Belen bought for me. And the 2 little ones I bought at Ross.

What do you think of the table? I also got that when I was shopping at Paul and Shawnacee’s. I love it! It matches my dining room perfectly 🙂

This view is with the chalk board and all my prettys 🙂

This is a beautiful part of my dining room. I love it 🙂 It makes me fill so good! The next blog will be the transformation of my new dining room.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog. I hope you enjoyed it.

Chalk board

Standard

This is my new chalk board. Once upon a time it was a  Home Interiors Picture. The glass had been broke in a move and I kept it. I could not get my self to get rid of it. It was the Picture of a  Mamma and her little girl on a Piano with a Westie Puppy under the Piano. The sentimental reasons were my Son plays the Piano and we have a Westie her name is Chloe.  Then one day I went to my friend Belen’s house and she had a beautiful chalk board that she made. Then I thought I have the perfect place for one of those chalk boards. Belen found her picture that she made in to a chalk board at a Thrift Store. So I was walking in my garage one day well everyday 😉 And there it was my soon to be chalk board 😉 My Awesome, beautiful friend Belen had me bring my picture to her house.

We took it apart and painted the cardboard (picture) with chalk board paint. We painted the frame white then rubbed an antique paint on it. I love that you can see the detail in the frame with the antique paint rubbed in. I loved it ;)Belen did an awesome job!! Thank you so much Belen;)

Now this is my Dining room with out the chalk board. And I see the perfect place to put it do you? That picture is just to small for that wall. But I really like that picture. The Theme in my Dining Room is Paris and the Eiffel Tower. So it will go on an other wall.

And There she is 😉 Doesn’t She look so much better there? I’m enjoying the changes. I have done more sense then. That will be for another blog 😉  I hope you enjoy it thank you for taking the time to read my blog.
